Layaway Terms:

We offer a layaway plan on any doll we sell that has been reborn by us.

Terms:

Layaway is $50 down at the time of purchase and then $50 per week or every other week until paid in full and ships after last payment. If the payments are not made in a timely fashion then the original $50 is kept as a restock/relist fee and all other money paid is refunded and sale is cancelled.

Shipping Information:

We ship all packages using US Postal Service Priority 2-3 day service. Orders usually ship out from us the day after order is placed. International shipping is also done through the US postal service and all custom fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not change a customs form to falsify information!

Order Tracking

If you would like tracking information you must request it at the time of ordering as our system is not set up to automatically notify you. We only need your email address in order to send you the tracking information.

Return Policy

We stand by the workmanship on all our products and know that you will be very happy with our product.

We will however understand if you need to return your item or items. Please contact us first as we may be able to solve the problem without a return. If you still need to return you nay do so at your expense for return shipping and when we have received the item back in the original packing box in it's original condition as we shippied we will then give you a full refund of the purchase price . Shipping charges are not included in our refund policy.
